- Reed's orders should be collected by the student themselves wherever possible.
- Ripley Court orders will be taken to Ripley Court unless otherwise requested.
- Reed's families please don't forget to advise us in the comment section which child you are ordering items for: If in doubt we will label with the name of your oldest child before an item is released to make sure that it will be returned to you if it is mislaid.
- Exchanges of current items which still have their original labels and/or packaging can be arranged by email.
- Ripley Court families are asked notify us by email prior to handing their exchanges to Ripley Court reception in a sealed bag.
- Refunds can be issued for any current items which are unworn and have their original labels and/or packaging.
